Today’s workout is all about the pulling exercises (back and biceps).

Warm up- Cat-cow, bird dog, arm rotations, arm swings (3-5 minutes)

Main Workout:

Bent Over Rows (dumbbells/barbells)

Bicep Curls ( dumbbells/barbell)

Lat Pulldown (smith machine)

Hammer Curls (dumbbells)

Reverse Flys (dumbbells)

All exercises will be done for 8-12 reps for 3-5 sets at 75-85% max weight.
