Today’s workout will be with a slam ball. Slam balls are great for many reasons including increasing explosiveness, strength and even endurance.

Warm-up- Lunges, squats, pushups, side shuffles. These exercises will be completed for 3-5 minutes.

HIIT Format- 45 seconds on, 15 seconds off (45/15) for 5 rounds.

Main Workout:

  • Slams
  • Tricep Extensions
  • Side Slams
  • Squat/Press
  • Russian Twist

Take a 1 minute rest between rounds.
