Not everything in life would or should be comfortable. When you live in too much comfort, you will never grow.

It’s when the muscles are pushed during a workout that they begin on the pathway to growth.

Everything in life works similarly.

When things start to get a little uncomfortable, and you come on the vague to quit, something else must be stronger.

That something is called Discipline.

Discipline is the bridge that gets you from point A to point B. And that in between is never easy, it’s a hard, and a rough road to travel.

This road must be traveled, it’s no way you can get by it. Without that bumpy road, the end result is not as satisfying.

Your Goal This Week: Find what you been undisciplined in, write down what makes it so uncomfortable that you seemingly avoiding it. Now, make a point to attack that discomfort. Put it in your head that you are going to get it done no matter what. You hold the power to be discipline, and make that your identity.
