Today’s workout, we will be hitting the chest and the shoulders.

All you need for this workout is a pair of dumbbells.

Warm-up: Arm circles, chest stretches, swimmers for 3-5 minutes.

Main Workout: Grab yourself some dumbbells that you can perform 8-12 clean reps:

  • Lateral raises
  • Incline bench press
  • Front raises
  • Chest flys

Complete all exercises for 3-5 sets.
