Today will be a cardio and core workout.

We going to be doing 10 minutes on a cardio machine then 100 reps of an ab workout:

  • Elliptical
    • Flutter kicks
  • Treadmill
    • Leg raises
  • Bicycle
    • Crunches

Keep a steady pace on the cardio machines, no need to sprint, just keep yourself in the blue/green zone.
