Today is a leg and core workout.
Leg exercises:
- Front squats (Dumbbell/Barbell) (8-12 reps)
- Reverse lunges (Dumbbell/Barbell) (8-12 reps)
- Jump squats (30-60 seconds)
All these exercises will be done for 3-5 sets, resting for 1-2 minutes in between.
Core exercises:
- Scissor kicks
- Bicycles
- Toe touches
Complete all core exercises for 25-50 reps, 3-5 sets.
