Today is a leg and core workout.

Leg exercises:

  • Front squats (Dumbbell/Barbell) (8-12 reps)
  • Reverse lunges (Dumbbell/Barbell) (8-12 reps)
  • Jump squats (30-60 seconds)

All these exercises will be done for 3-5 sets, resting for 1-2 minutes in between.

Core exercises:

  • Scissor kicks
  • Bicycles
  • Toe touches

Complete all core exercises for 25-50 reps, 3-5 sets.
