Today will be a HIIT style workout.

All exercises will be done for 45 seconds on, 15 seconds off for 5 rounds.

Equipment needed: Dumbbells

Main Workout:

  • Squat Thrusters
  • Bent-over Reverse Fly
  • Standing Chest Press
  • Bicep Curls
  • Plank

After completing all exercises, rest for 1 minute.
