Equipment needed: Dumbbells/Barbell
5 minute dynamic warm-up- Leg swings, hip openers, high knees, buttkickers, body squats
Main Workout:
- Dumbbell Front Lunges
- Barbell Squats
- Dumbbell Side Lunges
- Barbell Front Squats
- Dumbbell Sumo Squats
Complete all exercises for 8-12 reps for 3 sets with a 1-2 minute rest between sets.
