Today’s workout is all about body weight.

No equipment needed.

All exercises will be completed for 30 seconds with a 10 second break. After completing one round of exercises you will take a 1 minute break:

  • Jump Squats
  • Push-ups
  • Reverse Lunges
  • Plank Jacks
  • Sit-ups
  • Burpees

Complete for 5-10 rounds depending on your fitness level.
