Today’s workout is plyometric exercises.

Plyometric is explosive movements like jumping and hopping. These movements help muscles build power, speed and agility.

Main Workout:

  • Squat Jumps(10 reps,5 sets)
  • Single Leg Hops(10 reps each side,5 sets)
  • Speed Skaters(20 reps,5 sets)
  • Reverse Lunge to High Knee(10 reps each side,5 sets)

Rest for 1-1:30 minutes between sets.
