Today’s workout is a shoulder/Legs using superset.

Superset is doing 2 exercises back to back with little rest in between.

We’ll be doing 10 reps of each exercise for 3 sets with dumbbells.

Main Workout:

  • Suitcase Squats/Shoulder Press
  • Front Lunges/Front Raises
  • Calf Raises/Lateral Raises
  • Front Squats/Arnold Press
