Today’s workout is a shoulder/Legs using superset.
Superset is doing 2 exercises back to back with little rest in between.
We’ll be doing 10 reps of each exercise for 3 sets with dumbbells.
Main Workout:
- Suitcase Squats/Shoulder Press
- Front Lunges/Front Raises
- Calf Raises/Lateral Raises
- Front Squats/Arnold Press
