Using dumbbells you will perform each exercise for 10-12 reps for 3 sets.

Main Workout:

  • Reverse Flys
  • Hammer Curls
  • Tricep Kickbacks
  • Bent Rows
  • Seated Bicep Curls
  • Skull Crushers
