Today is a compound full body workout.
Warm-up- Jumping Jacks, squats, lateral lunges, pushups (3 sets of 10 reps)
Main Workout:
- Overhead Squat To Shoulder Press
- Renegade Row To Push-up
- Front Lunge To Bicep Curl
- Romanian Deadlift To Upright Row
- Sit-Up To Russian Twist
Using a pair of dumbbells complete each exercise for 3 sets of 12.
