Today’s workout we will be using a great equipment, the TRX.
You can do many great exercises with the TRX, here is a few you can add to your workout routine.
This is going to be a full body workout, let’s get started.
Warm-up: Arm circles, hip openers, high knees, butt kickers, jumping jacks. (3-5 minutes)
Main Workout:
- Squats
- Chest Press
- Rows
- Tricep Extensions
- Knee Tucks
Complete all exercises for 10-12 reps for 3-5 sets. For the knee tucks do 1 minute then a 30 second rest for 5 sets.
