Main Workout:

  • Alternate Rope Waves
  • Rope Slams
  • Lateral Rope Waves
  • Squat W/Alternate Rope Waves
  • Seated Rope Russian Twist

Complete for 5 sets of 30 seconds on, 30 seconds rest for all exercises.
