Are you a morning person or a night person? We get this question all the time, and we usually have an answer. But which time is best for exercising? Let’s delve deeper on both:
Morning Exercise- This is a tough time for most to do, especially the real early mornings before the sun comes out. The benefits are you get it out the way so you don’t have to worry about it later. Also, you can get a big dopamine boost after, which is great to carry with you for the rest of the day.
Night Exercises- This is probably the most popular option, if you ever been to a gym after 5 then you’ll know. It’s a great way to relieve the stress of work before you get home. It’s great to end the day with a sense of accomplishment.
Both have similar benefits for your overall health, from the heart to the brain. With that being said, I believe whenever you can find time to get to the gym, you should. It can be morning or night, just make it to the gym. If you make time for the gym, your health will improve.
