  • Leg Raises
  • Heel Touches
  • High Plank Shoulder Taps
  • Low Plank Body Saw
  • Candlestick
  • Russian Twist
  • Boat Hold

Complete all exercises for 30/10 then rest for 1 minute for 3-5 rounds.
