Today we have a HIIT workout.

Warm-up: Arm circles, jumping jacks, high knees, butt kickers, squats 10 reps each for 3 minutes

Main Workout:

  • Squat To Press (Dumbbells)
  • Plank To Ankle Taps
  • Lunge To Bicep Curl (Dumbbells)
  • Push Ups
  • Squat To Front Raise (Dumbbells)
  • Plank To Shoulder Tap

Complete for 30/10 for 5 rounds, resting for 1 minute in between rounds.
