Warm-up: Using a light resistance band do 3 sets of 10 of band pull apart, overhead shoulder press.

Equipment Needed: Dumbbells

Main Workout:

  • Shoulder Press ( Alternating) 3/12
  • Laying Bench Chest Press ( Single Arm) 3/10 Each Side
  • Laying Skull Crushers 3/12
  • Incline Chest Press 3/12
  • Over Head Tricep Extensions 3/12
  • Seated Lateral Raises 3/10
