If you want to win at anything, it’s not going just happen when the event starts, no, it’s in the preparation leading to the event.
The process is what few people hear about because that’s the boring stuff. They want to hear about the spectacular victories.
But it’s the losses in the process that should attract you, these are the moments that propel you forward and keep you motivated.
